Founded in 2020, WeVolt Energy was created by two founders who each spent 10+ years living and working in Europe and the United States—one holding management position in the semiconductor industry, the other in electric-vehicle industry. From that vantage point, they saw a clear gap: solar had matured, but energy storage was still early and uneven—with premium systems often overpriced, and low-cost options too often unreliable.

ISO Certified Production (Efficiency without compromising quality)

Our ISO-certified production uses standardized work instructions, in-line SPC, and full lot-level traceability to drive consistent results at scale. This rigor does two things for you: it protects quality (fewer defects, repeatable performance) and reduces waste (shorter cycle times, less rework), which in turn lets us lower cost without cutting corners. Product & System Testing (From lab stress to interoperability)

Beyond in-process checks, every release goes through long-duration cycling, thermal and environmental stress, and BMS-in-the-loop validation. We verify charge/discharge behavior across C-rates, protection thresholds, and communications interoperability (e.g., CAN/RS485) to ensure smooth pairing with mainstream inverters. For you, that means stable capacity, safer operation, and fewer surprises in the field.

Laser Inspection of Cells (Defect prevention at the source)

Quality starts at the cell level. We deploy laser inspection with automated image analysis to screen for surface anomalies and dimensional deviations before cells ever reach assembly. Combined with strict incoming QC and gating, this keeps our DOA rate under 0.1%, translating to fewer surprises, fewer RMAs, and longer-lasting packs. The outcome is simple: we prevent problems upfront so you don’t inherit them later.

We “dogfood” our technology: parts of our facility run on a rooftop solar + on-site storage setup using our own batteries and control software. Real-world data flows straight back into R&D to refine firmware, balancing curves, SOC algorithms, and thermal strategies. The outcome is field-proven reliability and a smoother installer and homeowner experience—because we live with the product every day, just like you will.

High-Quality Packaging
(Damage prevention, compliance, installer-ready)

We engineer packaging with the same rigor as the product itself—UN38.3-compliant, DG-labeled, and ISTA-tested for drop, vibration, and compression. Each unit is secured with custom EPE/EVA foam, terminal insulation/short-circuit guards, and a moisture barrier + desiccant to protect cells, BMS, and connectors in transit. Palletized 4-way entry, corner protection, and shock/tilt indicators safeguard long-haul shipments, while QR-based lot traceability and a clearly organized installer kit (hardware, docs, labels) make unboxing fast and error-free. The result: near-zero transit damage, fewer delays, and a system that arrives ready to install—not to repair.
